When the life you imagined no longer feels possible, you may find yourself grieving who you thought you would be and a future no one else can see you lost. Changes in health, relationships, motherhood, career, or identity can create deep emotional and physical shifts that are rarely recognized as grief.
Together, we will name how this grief can surface as anxiety, depression, anger, isolation, or exhaustion. We will also explore what chronic illness and diagnosis can take beyond the body, the difference between adjusting and truly mourning, and how to recognize when more support is needed.
