Health and wellness do not begin and end with a doctor’s visit, and neither does Black Girl Health Con.
How we feel, heal, move, rest, connect, and experience joy all shape our health. That is why Black Girl Health Con brings together health education and resources with music, movement, self-care, culture, joy, and real connection.
It is a space for Black women to learn, ask questions, discover resources, connect with experts and one another, and experience wellness in ways that feel relevant to real life.
From meaningful conversations and hands-on experiences to music and moments of joy, Black Girl Health Con is about the whole person, not just what happens in a doctor’s office.
BLACK GIRL HEALTH CON is a national conference presented by the Black Girl Health Collective, a 501(c)(3).
