Our Impact
First-Half 2026 Impact
January to June 2026
Six months of building healthier, more connected, and more economically resilient futures for Black women, through community health programming, workforce reinvention, and tools built to last.
What we built together
Community health and peer support
Black Women in Bloom drew 95 women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Sip, Chat and Let's Talk Paps reached 90+ at Delaware State University, with on-site HPV self-collection. Her Health Matters Expo welcomed 75+ in Milford, alongside DE First Lady Dr. Lauren Meyer.
Responding to workforce displacement
Our Displaced retreats saw 400+ registrations and 300+ on the waitlist, a clear signal of demand. The new Leadership After Disruption Institute helps women reclaim professional identity and economic footing. You are not starting over.
Tools built to last
Free, community-rooted tools that keep serving women long after a workshop ends, lowering barriers and strengthening self-advocacy.
Participants tell us they feel more informed, more connected, and more confident advocating for their health, and their futures.
