Start your Saturday with movement, connection, and community at the Milford Farmers Market.
The Black Girl Health Collective is hosting a welcoming outdoor Pilates class led by certified Pilates instructor Taylor “Tay” Civilus. Designed for all experience levels, the session will include approachable movements focused on stretching, strengthening, and supporting overall well-being.
Taylor Civilus is a licensed mental health provider, certified Pilates instructor, and founder of Tea Time with Tay, an initiative dedicated to creating wellness experiences that promote women’s health, movement, and overall wellness.
A limited number of Pilates mats will be available, but participants are encouraged to bring their own. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move.
This event is free and open to all. Registration is pay what you can, with a suggested donation of $10. Your donation helps the Black Girl Health Collective continue bringing accessible community wellness events to Milford.
