Mental Health First Aider

Get certified as a Mental Health First Aider in our training centered on practical skills, confidence, and collective care.

This Mental Health First Aider Training offers an opportunity to build real world skills for recognizing and responding to mental health challenges with compassion and clarity.

Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and crises. Through an evidence based, interactive approach, participants will learn how to provide initial support and connect individuals to appropriate care and resources.

Participants who complete the full training will receive official Mental Health First Aid certification.

This training is ideal for educators, community leaders, caregivers, health and wellness professionals, HR staff, peer supporters, and anyone who wants to be better prepared to support mental wellbeing in everyday settings.
